Our current School Improvement Plan is located in the Indistar/NCStar system. This is a web based tool that guides our school improvement team in charting improvement and managing the continuous improvement process. To access the plan, please use the information below:

The Mission Statement for Oak Grove Middle School:
The Mission of Oak Grove Middle School is to inspire and empower students to excel academically and prepare them to become productive citizens; who think critically and work collaboratively in a 21st century world.
To achieve these goals, Oak Grove Middle School has chosen to focus on implementing these Selected Indicators:
Student Success Indicators
A1.07: ALL teachers will employ effective classroom management and reinforce classroom rules and procedures by positively teaching them.
A2.04: Instructional Teams will develop standards-aligned units of instruction for each subject and grade level.
B1.03: A Leadership Team will consist of the principal, teachers who lead the Instructional Teams, and other professional staff meets regularly (at least twice a month) to review implementation of effective practices.
